Graça Park
Praça da Graça, known for having been the place that housed the famous cry for Brazil's independence, on October 19, 1822. In the square, there is the historic monument Marco Zero, which refers to the zero kilometer of side roads. In addition, historic Catholic churches such as the Nossa Senhora das Graças and Nossa Senhora do Rosário churches are located.
Pedra do Sal Beach

Escadaria Selarón
This architectural work that pays homage to the “Brazilian people” was designed by the Chilean artist Jorge Seralón is a mandatory stop during his trip to Rio. The staircase is located between the neighborhoods of Santa Teresa and Lapa and has free access at any time of the day . Take amazing photos among the 215 steps in this colorful and vibrant mosaic that is the face of Rio.The main attraction is a huge copy of a guarani animal trap or " Aripuca " , a big structure built from 30 giant tree trunks that fell down during storms or that have been saved from the sawmill .After the guided walk you will be free to walk around and listen to some live harp music or try archery, sit down to lunch at their restaurant and mosey around the artisan souvenir products.
Chácara do Céu Museum
The former home of businessman Castro Maya is filled with valuable elements of national and international culture, dividing into European and Brazilian art. Opening hours are daily, except on Tuesdays, from 12pm to 5pm
